i don't have much else to say, but it feels great to finally have a New Hammond formable

Hey guys, this is a small update slightly reworking the Ciphers formables
both formables got their tech rewards removed to match the ciphers mechanics and both formables got made path exclusives

Encoded formable is for Nemonik path and gets claims on twin mothers and black canyon

Mesu of All Knowledge (renamed Los Amaos formable) is for Azkee path and gets cores on Najavo

this is not much of an update but i thought to do it anyways

Sorry for no real updates guys, i haven't been playing hoi4 or owb much tbh
im happy with where this mod is right now so till the next map expansion you shouldn't expect much new formables
but i thought i make a small update for the owb update
