New Changes

  • Added "Overall Campaign Difficulty" assessment to each Koihime faction - the overall difficulty may differ from "Starting Situation"
  • Rebalanced Chou Sei/Zhao Yun's Smash of the Butterfly Mask and Avenging the Menma skills - now both skills get only 2 usage instead of the previous 4 usages
  • Rebalanced the skill Fire from Above and Southern Conqueror - now reduced to 2 usages instead of the previous 4 and 3 usages respectively
  • Rebalanced a number of other skills
  • Added Destroyers of Treachery unit into Kouson Pairen/Gongsun Zan's roster (available at lvl 6) - courtesy to TheSpartan for suggesting this
  • Added Defenders of the Empire unit into Ryuu Touka/Liu Bei's roster - available depending on the tier of the Unity resource (maximum 8 units recruitable)
  • Recalibrated the Han Temple building chain - each building level now provides some percentage peasantry modifier - courtesy to TheSpartan for suggesting this
  • Recalibrated the Han Conscription building chain - each building level now provides commandery-wide unit experience
  • Recalibrated the Han School building chain - each building level now provides faction-wide satisfaction
  • Recalibrated the Han Grain Storage building chain - each building level now provides commandery-wide campaign movement
  • Recalibrated the Han Military Infrastructure building chain - each building level now provides regional-wide garrison replenishment or province-wide replenishment/cavalry upkeep cost discount depending on which building chain is chosen

Patch 1.5.1 Update

  • Fixed event bug for some factions where some of the events repeated itself

Untested Bugfix
  • Found a way to get the victory screen to trigger in the 200 start date - however this has yet to be fully tested so cannot confirm as of now

New Changes

  • Rebalanced a few skills
  • Recalibrated some of the existing character portraits
  • Readjusted the trigger time for Ryuu Touka/Liu Bei's mid-late game events to be faster
  • Readjusted Sou Karin/Cao Cao's AI potential so that the AI doesn't fire too many of its generals - the issue of AI randomly firing generals will still be present in difficulties lower than Very Hard as the AI gets less cheats in lower difficulties, and get virtually none on Easy

New Changes

8 New Characters (from the Sengoku Koihime series) have been added
  • The 8 new characters have been recalibrated to fit into the Three Kingdoms narrative (as much as possible)
  • Details of these characters can be seen in the character sheet screenshot in the front page of this mod
  • Additionally 2 existing characters have been swapped to another character
  • These are Shirayuri (formerly Liu Yan) becoming Xu You and Ageha (formerly Liu Zhang) becoming Gao Lan
  • Liu Yan and Liu Zhang have received new character overhauls now under the names - Ryuu Matsuno/Liu Yan and Ryuu Momi/Liu Zhang respectively

Other Changes
  • Rebalanced some skills (mostly nerfing skills that have or previously had a temporary "invincible" bonus)
  • Recalibrated some of the existing character portraits
  • Added new events to Ryuu Matsuno/Liu Yan's faction, Tou Yue/Dong Zhuo's faction, Ba Sui/Ma Chao's faction and Kan Kuon/Han Sui's faction
  • Added additional global events
  • Added two units to Ryuu Matsuno/Liu Yan's faction

  • Fixed bug where faction grudge dissatisfaction was not working as intended

New Changes

  • Re-assessed Starting Difficulty for certain factions
  • Expanded Han Fu's starting lands to include Bohai commandery. As such, En Reiha/Yuan Shao will have more land once the Han Fu confederation event triggers
  • Modified Ryuu Kazuha/Liu Yu's early game diplomacy relationship with En Reiha/Yuan Shao and Sou Karin/Cao Cao
  • Added a few new global events
  • Added a few events for Kou So/Huang Zu and an event for Kouson Pairen/Gongsun Zan
  • Made some changes to the Economic Reform tree for the Nanman
  • Increased food bonuses for some of the playable Nanman factions
  • Made some minor changes to some unique units
  • Reduced cost to activate "Clamp Down Renown" court action for Kouson Pairen/Gongsun Zan
  • Nerfed some of Ryuu Touka/Liu Bei's Path to Unity bonuses
  • Nerfed Ryuu Touka/Liu Bei and Son Yenren/Sun Jian's AI potential to an extent they snowball slower than before (at least on higher difficulty)
  • The unbreakable attribute for Kan Aisha/Guan Yu's "Even in Death..." and Chou Rinrin/Zhang Fei's "Roar of Reckoning" skill has been removed

  • "Fixed" an effect bug in the Nanman Military Tech - Cavalry Contracts - additional unit rank for ranged units was added so the ranged cavalry units don't get left out
  • Fixed bug on Records mode where certain generals from Ba Sui/Ma Chao's and Han Sui/Kan Kuon's faction did not have bodyguard retinues

New Changes

  • Custom Battle now features all deployable Koihime generals available to play - playable for both Romance and Records mode
  • Base game generals have been removed from Custom Battle
  • Garrison retinues of the 4 playable Nanman factions have been altered, removing tiger and elephant units - this is an apparent CA bug where garrisoned tigers and elephants count as part of the overall faction animal unit cap
  • Animal units in unique Nanman garrisons have all been changed to Fire Archers - since Tora/Shamoke does not have unique animal units in its core fealty, one Fire Archer will replace a Nanman Slinger in high-ranking city settlements
  • Replaced Kaku Rin/Guo Jia's Bright trait with the Brilliant trait
  • Changed Ba Sou/Ma Tie's 15 point Expertise to 15 point Cunning
  • Changed Ka Tatsumi/He Qi's Happy portrait

4 New Characters (from the Sengoku Koihime series) have been added

Other Changes
  • Edited and restructured the art of some of the characters
  • Edited the art of some of the weapon art
  • Ba Ruo/Ma Xiu and Ba Sou/Ma Tie now have unique gold weapons of their own
  • Removed "Empowered Court" from Sou Karin/Cao Cao - the court positions now function normally - the 3 unique court positions still remain
  • "Empowered Court" has instead been given to Ou Sadako/Wang Lang - only available in 190
  • Reconfigured starting buildings in Sou Karin/Cao Cao's territories in the 200 start date
  • Removed Jo Shanfuu/Xu Huang's starting army in Sou Karin/Cao Cao's 200 start date
  • Reshuffled En Reiha/Yuan Shao's starting armies in 200 start date
  • Bun Iishe/Wen Chou and Den Maachi/Tian Feng's armies received better army compositions in 200 start date
  • Improved Gate Pass garrison for all subcultures
  • Gate Passes now provide replenishment within the gates and additional administrator slots for the faction controlling the gates
