Bug fix

Epicenter pulses with Aghanim Scepter (Sand King) no longer apply Caustic Finale charges.

Pulses now have a 25% chance to also deal Caustic Finale explosion damage to the enemy. This damage is not dealt in aoe.

Changed the experience formula for killing heroes
Previously: 100 + 0.13 * Killed Hero Experience + Killstreak Experience
Now: 100 + 0.04 * Killed Hero Experience + 0.2 * Difference in experience

Thus, the experience for killings will be much less, not counting those situations where the killed hero had more experience.

Added notification 25 seconds before the start of the duel.
