-reduced MIA time to 7/12 that of vanilla to compensate for significantly longer travel times in real space
-adjustments to combat behaviors
-There's currently bugs associated with the way combat anchors work in real space. There were issues with it pre-3.6 as well with ships getting stuck flying in circles that i was able to make work-arounds for through the anchor weights but those work-arounds don't apply to this and i'm not sure what can be done about it yet. I'll keep looking for solutions though.
-updated requirements for frigate to unlock with either torpedoes 1 or corvette hull 1
-restricted the reinforced destroyer bow to require destroyer hulls 2 technology
-updated requirements for certain torpedo sections
-updated requirements for certain advanced sections
-slightly reduced base cost of ships
-increased leader base unity cost from 70 to 80
-increased leader base energy cos from 70 to 120
-increased leader base energy upkeep by 50%, and made it scale with leader level like unity
-balanced certain weapon stats:
-hyper missiles now deal extra damage based on 25% of the target's ship size
-increased hyper missile speed
-energy torpedoes range increased from 22 to 28
-large energy torpedoes minimum range increased from 15 to 21
-kinetic artillery max range increased from 24 to 36
-x-slot weapons range increased from 32 to 42
-adjusted cool-downs on some weapons
