hotfix for stone wanderer missing sounds

Clown tools update.

All clown powertools cost an arm and a leg sale: headcuts free with every chainsaw.

readded angel (not implemented) as several files from it are intergrated with other items. may remove again later once I check everything over.

several minor fixes to items including chainsaw so it detaches ore properly.

Large amount of clean up no more small husk fish spawns, more diverse spawns including spinelings earlier in the game as in vanilla. More cave and wreck spawns more prawns.

Cleaned out all the nightmare creature stuff people keep complaining about in the character editor, I even had people claiming the unused crawlers crashed their game cause the sprite .png wasn't aligned right after the craweler changes.

Cleaned up a lot of material drops from creatures, what they break down into.

Did creature inventory and updated BT with more diverse creature spawns.

Fixed missing item names and altered several issues with monsters spawning

Matriarchs now spawn 10 hammerhead babies per wave in around a second rather than 30 spawning on the same frame to reduce lag and spread them out a bit.

alt matriarch spawns less spawn but can spawn hammheadyoung

spineling cooldown increased from 5 to 8 they have enough spines, prevents machine gun spine firing when they are in a cave/wreck etc.

Balloon pet no longer causes hard crash when spawned/looked at

hotfix for thalamus diving suit not working correctly, thanks for the bug report on that!

Did a early morning pass through a number of items and bug reports.

Jester mask gives clown power now.

fixed rattly sprites on several creatures, bad joints, odd sizes and other awkward bits. Added jiggle to jelly fish main body under mantle proper and many other tiny mostly cosmetic changes like missing footstep noises.
