- All existing Small Grid blocks have now been updated with the optimized meshes from the last updates
- Metal variants added for Small Grid blocks

- Oops, I forgot to check the armor panel blocks before publishing. I went ahead and fixed the offset and textures

- Optimized and smoothed meshes, added LOD3 mesh for performance
- Updated panel texture to make it higher res (probably will need to be redone again, though, to support more blocks)
- Added metal variants to all Large Grid blocks
- Added 2x1 blocks that output 80kW. Even though these are less practical, the texture needs to be redone before I can make 1x2 blocks
- Increased power output for small grid blocks, they now output 20kW, which is half as much as the large grid block. Not realistic, but actually useful, now
