- Added new faction trait, Adaptable Populations, which allows the faction to colonize anywhere but with -100% FIDSI until they research the appropriate technology

BALANCING
- Reworked how Manpower is distributed across your Empire, you should notice it being a lot more efficient
- Enhancers and Intensifiers now only apply Critical Hit Chance bonuses to weapons that deal their associated damage types

FIXES
- Fixed Nakalim not being able to properly ReAwakening ruins
- Fixed a bug causing the Infinite Factory to only have 3 planets
- Fixed 'Immaterial Connection' building not having an icon
- Fixed Flotilla Shields not applying
- Fixed Minor Factions inappropriately getting Manpower bonuses explicitly intended for Major Factions
- Fixed Declaring a War with a Minor Faction causing turn pending

GUI
- Many combat-related tooltips have been rewritten to be more clear

- Fix Population Boosts applying to all populations that share population traits with the boosted population type
- Base Food Consumption and Gene Hunter Food Consumption has been drastically increased for systems with 40+ population, you will notice that you actually need to research food buildings
- Fixed all variants of Rousing Orator not having any effect for Hissho
- Fixed Koimachi Academy quest reward building not having any effects for some custom factions
- Fixed Craver bonus on Undepleted planets not listing it affects Influence too
- Fixed Craver 50 Population Collection bonus not showing up in approval breakdowns
- Fixed Arks for Custom Factions not scaling correctly with gamespeed
- Fixed Hopeless Battle Tactic having no effects and incorrect tooltip
- Tainted Dust riftborn faction has been given a more appropriate name and description
- Fixed and clarified a lot of tooltips, descriptions, and missing GUI element bugs
- The Dark Matter Hissho quest now also gives a Hissho Hull (if you have Supremacy enabled)
- Medium Mercenary Ships now correctly scale costs with Module Multiplier
- Unfallen Hero Thrustellen is now a Pacifist (was Industrialist)
- Unfallen hero Lunabarxes is now Scientist (was Pacifist)
- Long season anomaly and all of its upgrades now give science
- Fixed Boarding Pod and Missile health bonuses not applying at all
- Fixed population boosts stacking incorrectly towards population types with shared traits
