1) Major Code Refactoring to try to speed things up
- Refactored almost everything to use more original code and override specific code only when certain conditions are met. Cuts down on reflection use.
- Whenever possible, cached field, property, and method reflection calls, and changed to use delegates.
2) Fix buses on remote pickup show through upper floors.
3) Fix people show up through upperfloors when on placeable objects.
4) Golf carts now appear properly all of the time.

1) Fixed outdoor supply piles on ground floor showing up above higher floors.
2) Fixed tool icon.
3) Fixed zone text appearing through 3rd floor when there is no 2nd.
4) Changed Conveyor validator to allow conveyors to be created on 2nd floor where there is no first floor foundation.

1) Refactored code to reduce slow down created by road, foundation, and skywalk construction. Note that when building large foundations or using large # of workers, some slowdown will still exist, just hopefully not as bad as before. This may also affect scrolling with arrow or ASWD keys.
2) Outdoor Zone names (such as Dropoff and Pickup) no longer show through upper floors (if they do, change levels and come back). They turn off when any part of the name are under an upper floor.
3) Fuelports and Small Gate Stairs now appear properly.
4) Roadramps no longer partially appear through upper floors.
5) Fixed bug that prevented runways from being created next to under construction taxiways.
6) Trashbags now appear under upper floors instead of above.
7) Other general code refactoring.
