I've made energy balance adjustments to make Reactor output and weapon energy costs too high to make it more accessible to everyone.
Reactor output and weapon energy costs have been changed to 0.08x for UNCF and 0.1x for Garmillas, so even those who only use vanilla reactors will be able to play well.
Please be aware of the lack of energy if you are using it in conjunction with a shield mod or other block mods that use energy.

- Yamato Wave Motion Gun Damage Reduced. Causes more realistic damage to the shield.
- Wave Motion Core Generator...Since the cost performance was too good, the required materials were greatly increased.

Known issues
- Yamato Wave Motion Gun's AoE damage does not destroy some blocks. Will be fixed in the next WC update.
