-Added a new debug decision in case anybody else had a Scribe Team eaten somehow. Launch the game with -debug in the launch options to use it. (putting debug in the console may be enough, I didn't confirm)

-Added safety code to R&D foci that didn't have it, so that if they're completed while your scribes are working on them, your scribes will come back immediately. Just in case that was eating scribes.

-Fixed "Finish Air Research" not completing the right focus.

-Replaced dashes with em dashes.

-Cleaned up a few sentence fragments in events.

-Fixed The Glow focus not firing the glow event. Hope you enjoyed that free oob, if you got it!

-The base game bug with Elder Angharad not receiving War Hero of the NCR War has been fixed.

A small bugfix patch.
Fixes:
-Vertibirds at Dusk focus giving your vertibirds... to Shi. Now the Brotherhood should get them, as designed.
-Broken Japanese Pre-War Power Grid national spirit had its effect moved into the event itself, and now just exists for the flavor text.
-Expeditionary Outposts had some of its benefits moved forward from the final upgrade, and the airbase construction bonus is no longer commented out.

-missing loc in several specific outcomes of third and fourth line Expeditions

Today marks the launch of the New Expeditions part of the brotherhood focus tree. I've painstakingly created event trees with branching paths and multiple options as part of a rework of the lameness of Brotherhood R&D. Now, you're expeditions will bring you back knowledge (on tops of all other sorts of rewards...) and your scribes (if they're not busy on certain expeditions!) will research the foci via decisions, cutting a lot of time off the tree, on top of the scavenging reductions from last time.

There be a lot of ways to use your Paladins, and even if many chapters don't make it, you should have plenty of choice on making them useful, even while at peace.

Mere hours before this update was complete, the OWB team extensively buffed lost hills. Which means those changes are integrated too! It also means this isn't playtested thoroughly, so I apologize in advance if I missed some localization or a National Spirit doesn't work.

Expansion of last patch's feature. Paladins can now be sent to the Guardians to request Tier-1 Plasma Weapons if they have them, until you've defeated the NCR or passed a certain date (whichever comes first)

Paladins can also be sent out to do the scavenging foci via Decision.

Coming Soon: Paladins go on expeditions to return old-world technology and knowledge, allowing you to direct the Scribe Council in its R&D.

A Collection of new decisions, mainly revolving around uses for Paladins other than putting them in the field. This will likely expand in time. For now, this just allows you to help the MOJ BoS survive Sunburst since they're so bad at it, and get vertibirds from Shi (since moving schematics/sophisticated air tech up the focus tree would be way too weird)

Some additional decisions have been added to help address multiplayer frustrations - economies that traditionally rely on NCR resources, including potential Brotherhood Chapters, can finally get the resources they need, if the brotherhood is willing to export them.

Finally. It's a truly awful system.
