Small hotfix

Dawn of ascension has been updated to 4.0!

-Buildings have been converted to the new system

-Added a bunch of scripted triggers for components

- Added new loc for some ships

- The celestial warden now have 12 shipyards to account for the newly buffed juggernaut

- Fixed a bunch of stuff idk

The mod is in working condition but does not currently support many of the new features in biogenesis, this will all come in the upcoming crisis update which will be released soon:tm:
