- Hopefully fixed the Devastation bug, that was also crashing the regions hammer production as well.
- Buffed vanilla Devastation reduction by 50%, so it should drop a lot faster.
- Added Changing to aCaravans so he has unlimited replenishment.
- Added Aislinn and Dragonship Captains to aShips so they have sea replenishment.

Updated Attempting Crash Fix - Probably haven't fixed it yet.
Fixed the issue with Chaos Dwarfs not having Class_Slave for their trash tier troops.
Fixed the issue with Kislev spiders and such not having populations to recruit from.
