2) Technology
a) All theoretical land doctrines aside from the first one now have a research time of 250 days without modifiers (410 days earlier)

a) Split naval support technologies and ship hulls into different tech folders similarly to vanilla
b) Shell type technologies for ships are not researchable anymore as of now, might be added back on at a later date
c) Made Transport tech 1 year earlier per tech (so 3 years earlier for the last one)
d) The “Special Training Department (STD)” technology tab is now next to the theoretical land doctrine tab
e) The technology “Advanced Landing Craft” now uses a small icon to be displayed

3) TUR
a) The focus “Invest Into Domestic Manufacturers” and “Attract Foreign Manufacturers” now both only need one of the previous focuses

4) Laws
a) The trade law “Complete exports” now requires a party popularity of more than 75% as well as more than 90% stability or it gets cancelled

j) reduced the completion time of the following focuses from 70 to 35 days

1) Generic Focus Tree
a) Changed the behaviour of the generic focus tree, wargoals are by default now disabled and can be enabled for countries that use the generic focus tree if it is wished

2) AI
a) Made changes to the peace AI, which will hopefully makes it produce less border-gore

3) JAP
a) increased completion time from 70 to 105 days for the following focuses:
I) Diversify Imports
II) Improve Goods Production
b) Added additional GFX to National Spirits
c) The political violence event should only fire for japan now, this should fix the issue of countries going to way too low stability values

4) Defines
a) War support should not be affected by casualties anymore

5) USA
a) Added portraits for most characters

2) RDR
a) Lenin should now stay in power when it comes to a communist civil war in the country
b) If the revoling communists should win they should now get the RDR’s focus tree at the end of the Civil war

3) Technology
a) Made changes to the AI for the BBA air technologies, which should make it more likely for the AI to research the appropriate technologies

4) USA
a) The focus “Selective Training Act” now only increases the conscription law to “Limited Conscription” if the country has more than 10% war support

a) Fixed an issue that resulted in a graphical bug in the intel menus of countries

3) Theorists
a) Changed daily experience gain for all theorists from 0.05 to 0.15

4) JAP
a) Focus Tree is now enabled without debug turned on. Please let me know, if you prefer this type of development with faster unfinished patches or slower patches with most things finished already

a) The Land Cruiser technology should now have a GFX again
b) Technologies that reduce supply consumption for certain units now gives -10% instead of -1% (before BBA this gave -0.01 flat, but PDX changed that instead of giving new syntax. Thx for that btw…)
c) Artillery and Anti-Air techs in the Artillery folder now also give bonuses to the self-propelled tank variants of the corresponding arm

2) Modules
a) Changed Reliability of DP ammo:
I) For Light DP: From -7.5% for all types to -10%, -9.5%, -9%, -8.5%, -8%, -7.5% from first to last type
II) For Medium DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -14%, -13%, -12%, -11%, -10% from first to last type
III) For Heavy DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -14%, -13%, -12%, -11%, -10% from first to last type
IV) For Super Heavy DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -12.5%, -10% from first to last type
V) For Modern DP: From -7.5% for all types to -12.5%, -10% from first to last type
b) Changes to riveted armor:
I) Riveted Armor Construction I now gives a -20% hardness debuff
II) Riveted Armor Construction II now gives a -15% hardness debuff
III) Riveted Armor Construction III now gives a -10% hardness debuff
c) All Armor Types: Production Cost reduced by 5%
d) All Turrets: Production Cost reduced by 10%, except for Modern Commando Turret: went from 0.75 to 3 Production Cost

3) GUI
a) Fixed an issue that resulted in the two buttons “Interesting Countries” and “Select Random Country” overlapping

4) GFX
a) Fixed an issue that resulted in the wrong GFX being shown for “Extensive Mobilization” economy law

5) JAP
a) changed the ruling party from Authoritarian to Constitutional Monarchy
b) Hirohito is now the country’s starting leader
c) preliminary focus tree can be seen if the game is started in debug mode, not finished, but can be used to get rid of some of the starting NS already
d) the country is now selectable in the main menu
