c) The focus “Celebrate The Great Trek” now additionally grants 10% Stability
d) The wargoal focuses now only take 35 days instead of 70 to complete
e) Reduced the time needed to integrate a state from 200 to 120 days
f) The “Fruits Of Our Labor” decisions now has a second stage in which states can unlock 2 additional building slots
g) Added 1 Tank and 1 Naval Designer, which get unlocked through either the last left or second last right focus in the military branch
h) The focus “Asses The War Of Liberation” now additionaly gives 25 Army Experience
i) Added additional descriptions to some focuses
j) “Expanding the CDI” decisions should now remain visible until all decisions have been completed

2) Buildings
a) Reduced cost for infrastructure from 3000 to 2000

3) Technology
a) Reduced research time for train and support company technologies by 20%
b) Reduced research time for fuel refining technologies by 10%
c) Reduced research time for the first 2 construction technologies by 10%
d) Reduced research time for Submarine hulls by ~20% except for the first 2
e) Added some additional localization to certain modifiers
f) Nation Specific Technologies can now be viewed in the Infantry Folder Tab (they cannot be researched)

4) Advisors
a) The “Infantry/Armor/etc. Proponent” advisors have the following changes:
I) Production Bonus reduced from -10% to -5%
II) Removed the -10% recruitable population factor

5) Planes
a) Medium Airframes should now be able to use recon cameras in their sight slot

a) To start the focus “The Rise Of The African Rijk” now only one state of these tags needs to be controlled instead of one of each: UGA, KEN, SUD, COG
b) Added some additional localization to decisions
b) The focus “Invest into rural areas” and “Improve Rural Infrastructure” now additionally add 1 building slot and 1 infrastructure in up to 3 random states
c) The National Spirit “African Unity” now has 2 more stages that get unlocked through the unity path focuses

a) The focus “South African Railways” now gives an additional 1 infrastructure to up to 5 states as well as 1 Building Slot
b) The name for the High Command Air Naval Strike Officer should now be displayed correctly
c) The “The Fruits Of Our Labour” decisions:
I) They should now add 2 extra building slots for core states
II) The decision now also only takes 120 instead of 180 days
III) The national spirits that can be unlocked through the decisions have been improved. The decision can now also unlock an additional research slot at the end of it
IV) The requirements for the focus unlocking the decisions now have localization
d) The nation now has a naval theorist
e) Political Advisors that get unlocked through focuses are now mentioned in those focuses as rewards
f) The cost of the political advisor with the trait “Our Right to Survive” has been lowered from 100 to 50

2) Modules
a) The module “Large Anti-Ground Cannons” has the following changes:
I) now gives a flat -20% maximum speed buff (The game threw an error while it was set to only apply the buff during a mission)
II) Damage: Increased from 20 to 26
III) Weight: Reduced from 40 to 36
IV) Agility: Debuff reduced from -50 to -46
V) Build Cost: Reduced from 16 to 14.5

3) Technology
a) The research cost for the HP engine variants has been reduced by 20%

4) JAP
a) Added additional warning to countries targeted by focuses from Japan

a) Fixed an issue with the Authoritarian Propagandist advisor

2) USA
a) The NS “Home Of The Free” now no longer bars you from creating a faction with different ideologies if the two countries are at war against a shared ally. The NS now instead gives 0.05 daily democracy support

3) ENG
a) Disabled the other election options while there’s only one political path available

4) Technology
a) ITA, ENG, USA and JAP now start with the marine technology unlocked

5) GER
a) If GER goes fascist and does not have its faction disbanded the faction name will be set to “Axis”

6) General
a) All ideologies should now be allowed to create collaboration governments

b) Fixed an issue that would result in the Authoritarian Propagandist not showing up as an advisor

a) The commander abilities: “Force Attack” and “Force Defend” are not usable from now on

3) AI
a) The AI should be more likely to only use Total Mob economy law now, if it can also do the “Women in the workforce” decision

4) Technologies
a) Merged the Technologies for Torpedo-Boat weapons into the ones for Destroyers

a) The background stripes of the theoretical land doctrine are now continuous
b) Added some missing localization to the newly added plane gun technologies
c) The third technology for plane sights now also unlocks the third module level for the sights

2) Modules
a) Large Anti-Ground Cannons now applies a -25% Speed debuff during CAS and Logistic Strike missions
b) The sights modules for the planes now only cost 2 Air experience to change
c) Plane sights now add a Build Cost of 1/1.5/2 respectively

3) Equipment
a) Transport Planes should now be able to drop paratroopers and supply again (probably won’t work with old saves)

4) TUR
a) Fixed an issue with the display of the 2 High Command Characters
b) The focus “Fight The Great Depression” now gives 2 Building Slots + 2 Civilian Factories

5) Defines
a) Changed SUPREMACY_PER_SHIP_BASE from 0 to 5
b) Changed MISSION_SUPREMACY_RATIOS for Strike force from 1.0 to 0.8 (This means that it’s now less effective to just have your fleet sit in port), for patrols from 1.0 to 1.2, and for Naval Invasion Support from 1.0 to 0.8

a) Fixed an issue that would result in the Basic Small Airframe and Basic Carrier Airframe not showing the weapon modules for the centrally mounted gun
b) Fixed an issue that would result in the game crashing after 5 to 6 years into the game (hopefully)

a) Fixed an issue with the trigger for the focus “Secure China”

3) Defines
a) Changed LEND_LEASE_DELIVERY_TOTAL_DAYS from 30 to 15

4) Ship Designer
a) Fixed an issue with the Deck Sizes for the Carriers, which allowed for way more planes than was intended

5) London Naval Conference
a) Added some code that should optimise parts of the AI performance

6) USA
a) fixed some issues in the political system for the USA in regards to the AI
b) Added bypass conditions for some of the focuses in the theocratic path and also allowed some of the focuses to be done if the nation is theocratic
c) Changed the country name for theocracy from UCA to United Churches Of America
d) Fixed an issue that would result in the creation of a faction through “Proclaim The Establishment of “God’s Own Country”” even though the nation was already in a faction

7) BRM (Burma)
a) Fixed an issue that would result in the country not having elections even though it starts as a democracy

b) Changed the description for mobile warfare to a more fitting one for the mod
c) Added a new background for the mobile warfare doctrine
d) The background images for the practical land doctrines now all have transparency
e) Added a new background for the protracted warfare doctrine

2) Units
a) Armor variants now scale similarly to the default units in terms of required equipment
(This means that you now progressively need less SPAAs for example if you use Heavy SPAA etc.)

a) Added Portraits to Ottoman Army Leaders
b) Set specific names for Ottoman Characters
c) Added 2 additional Army Leaders
