  • adding new radar focuses.
  • adding new characters and generals.
  • nerfed the starting tech tree and available equipment.
  • ship and tank upgrades for each new tech (NSB and MTG DLC only).
  • nerfed ideas and designer traits balanced them.
  • Reduced all navy XP to 0.2
  • nerfed generals XP and character traits.
  • no starting heavy tank you should research it yourself.
  • new Armored division template.
