Latest Update 3rd of OCT

By Blood Alone and avalanche compatible.
Some changes in focus tree rewards.
Omitted ship and tank upgrades for each new tech (it was unnecessary and OP).
Added a better Pakistan solution focus.
New states now have 19 states (Tehran, S. Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Semnan, Khorasan, Yazd, Kerman, Gilan, Golestan, Mazandaran, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Lorestan, Khuzestan, Hamedan, Markazi, Sistan, Fars, Hormozgan) in four strategic regions (Alborz, Zagros, Dashte Kavir, Iran central range).
Changes in generals' level and character traits.
New Air wings and airframes. still working on the balance (BBA DLC only).
Revised naval tech, OOB and focus bugs (nerfed the starting navy no battleships only heavy cruisers).
