Changes:

Fascism Civil War Adjustments:
-After Fascist Coup happens Stockholm is turned into the capital again.
-Democratic side lose less of their army during the Fascist Civil War.
-You're now able to raise three Militias near Stockholm as democratic side in Fascist Civil War.
-The Decisions 'A Unified Front Against Fascism' is available during the Fascist Civil War, not for the fascists obviously.

Changes:
-Adjusted some of the event pictures for neutrality events to make it less repetetive.
-Many focuses in the Military branch now are 56 days rather than 70 days. This lowers the time it takes to complete all of them.
-It's no longer called "Ett Modern Luftvärn" but rather the more correct "Ett Modern Luftvapen"

Changes:
- Focus 'The German Menance' in the communist path now gives you a wargoal on Germany rather than having you get revenge on their friends on the British isles.

'Nordic Cooperation' Focus now also has generic response event for if Denmark/Norway declines.

Adjustments to Swedish republic:
Now Gustaf V should escape to other countries if a civil war breaks out or communist takes power rather than just...escaping one side and disappearing forever.
The Focus 'Nordic Cooperation' now results in an event that will give Denmark/Norway the option to send a request to join whatever alliance Sweden finds herself in.

Adjusted tags

Per-Hjalmar Baeur is now not army reformer but rather army logistics as he should (realistically should be armored leader, but that was later in his life)
