Changes:
- More expensive to enter war on Finnish side, but in exchange get a little bit of war support after it ends
- Added decision to force a peace trety if Finland/Sweden efforts manages to push the Soviets back enough
- Fixed missing localisation
- Germany now can get wargoal on Sweden if the right circumstances occur...
