Hotfix version v.1.0

- MAJOR: Additional and tweaked firearms behavior and logic
- Different firearms now possess different reload speed and spread, sway in direct control, and additional modifiers
Reload speed differences:
- M4/M16/HK416 = 3.9s (3.7s with Magpul Pmags)
- AK = 4.15s
- G36 = 4.4s
- VHS-2 = 4.35s
- AUG = 4.45s
- AR70 = 4.5s
- AS Val = 4.0s
- M110/G28 = 3.95s
- M249 = 9s (12s with 200-round box)
- M240/MAG-58 = 10s
- PKM/PKP = 12s
- M2HB = 12s
- DSHK/Kord = 9s (12s for 150-round belt variants)
- MG3 = 8s
- FAL = 4.2s
- G3 = 4.5s
- AR70 = 4.5s
- Assault rifles and carbines are now fired in single shots by the AI past 25% of their total range, in full auto below 25% of their total range (players can go full auto at any length of burst in direct control mode)
- Reduced spread of M4/M16/M27 rifles
- Reduced spread of M4A1 Block II and HK416A7
- Increased accuracy of AK-12 with iron sights
- Added "Hardcore Mortality Mode" replacing "Disable DC Outline". Enabling Hardcore Mortality Mode causes player infantry units to have a chance to be 100% immediately killed and not revivable when shot and downed/killed.
- Adjusted Russian T1-T3 squads and teams to have squad compositions based off what has been witnessed in Russo-Ukrainian war 2022-present
- Anti-Tank Motostrelki squads replaced by Motosttelki RPK-74M variants
- Fixed Shilka not being purchaseable in Conquest for RGF
- Added more optics to GRM T2 squad's M4A1s
- Replaced GRM T3 M16A4 rifleman to use M16A4 with Magpul Pmag variant instead
- Minor breed tweaks
- Added 9mm JHP rounds and issued them to UAF police (a few Ranger NCOs "acquired" 9mm JHP rounds for their pistols too)
- Heavier rifles now have more sway than lighter rifles
- Increased sway for SAWs and LMGs
- "Fallschirmjägers" renamed to "EGB Fallschirmjägers"

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using the WF extended range addon, be sure to replace the one in your resource folder with the new updated addon outside the resource folder of the mod directory or else you will encounter crash issues.

- Slightly increased M4A1, MK18, and M16A4/M16A2 accuracy
- Reduced armor values for T-90M Obr. 2023 (not the pre-2023 T-90M)

- Added M240L with iron sights/no optic
- Added M4A1 Block II with recce rifle setup
- Added SDM-R with tan vertical grip, AN/PEQ-15, and PMAG magazine
- US Army T4 and T5 squad leaders now carry M4A1 Block II with Recce setup, set on semi only
- US Army SF squad now has a MK48 gunner and marksman with M4A1 Block II Recce
- Added the new SDM-R variants to GRM T4-T5 marksmen and UAF T3 marksman
- Reduced shot delay of recce rifles in the hands of AI control (faster follow up shots)
- Added toggle between 4x and 8x zoom magnification for sniper scopes in direct control
