Attempted a fix to a crash which was caused by automatically despawning Techs over the water - we don't need to do that anymopre with Water Mod + Lava since wheeled Techs can now paddle.

Additionally there have been some attempts to find a crash caused by Trading stations, but the real cause remains unclear...
