New Baro update, aint no way

- Added Harpoon Coil Cannon
- Added DU Harpoon
- Redone the Harpoon and Physicorium Harpoon values (penetration don't work on them, sadge)
- Resprited Harpoon Coil Rifle
- Changed diving suits to have same animations as vanilla
