Tweaked: Adjusted GreatWhite fillets from 2-6 to 4-6 fillets
Tweaked: Reduced the complexity of the fishing action
Tweaked: Improved break-point in the binary search algorithm fetching a fish key/value pair. False catches should not occur anymore. Junk catches should occur again.
Tweaked: Adjusting Bamboo Fishing Net action to crouch
Tweaked: Updated various fishing lures that needed the correct return type

- Fixed issues with trout cutting (this seemed to happen with lake trout)
- Fixed Knife health not degrading
- Fixed Fishing Poles not degrading
- Update stringtable to include Spinnerbaits
- Great White Shark fillets chance increase from 2-6 to 4-6 now

Issues still being worked
- Reel catching a 'ghost' fish. This happens when you drag in nothing, but should be a fish. ( I like the feature, IF IT WAS A FEATURE AND NOT A BUG ) lol
