Use Arcane Energy or Refresh Shards to reroll Facet abilities.
Each reroll costs 5/10/20 Arcane Energy (or 2/4/8 Refresh Shards).

How to obtain Arcane Energy:
① Level up: +2, Kill: +3, Assist/Death: +1
② Roshan kill: +15/20/25/30 per team member (capped at 30)
③ Auto generation: Every 10 minutes grants +15/20/25/30 (capped at 30)

▌Balance Adjustments
"Death Charge" rarity changed from White to Blue.
Reduced Medusa's chance of obtaining "Death Charge".
Gyrocopter can no longer obtain "Devil's Bargain".
