again fixed an issue with the medals

medals were broken, should be fixed now

I found a workaround I will implement on the fly for nations I play. Mexico, Peru and Turkey have been fixed and should now generate random female commanders as intended.

known issues:

generic finnish female commanders are not correctly assigned to pictures. you still can recruit female volunteers but the commanders will get silhouettes only. I will try to find out what's causing this when I have time. Other nordic nations seem to work. I have tested sweden.

Sadly this also is the case with mexican female commanders.

I guess it will be the same with more country specific female commanders. I have to check but until now just hungary with european pictures worked as before.

included a reduced version of the extended division designer (max 6 support / max 24 regular). Not sure yet if this can be kept after AAT DLC release.

This is a new version I created in preparation of the next DLC. I removed all ideas (better government), the extended division designer and the additional support companies because I am sure this will have to be redesigned after the AAT DLC. For redesigning I will use add ons instead adapting the Core RAF mod. This way compatibility with other mods is maximimized.

Focus of the core version is the reformed command structure with ranks, traits and medals and the possibility to allow limited female service.
