Updated for the 1.3 beta. There weren't many changes from the beta, but every unit stat is now as in the full 1.3 release.

Not sure what I changed, but the file in my data folder had a newer timestamp than the one on the workshop.

Roman allied units are pop class 1-3, like in DeI.
