* In the Soviet leadership change event (rot_germany.22), added the option of a collective leadership system by the Supreme Soviet, and changed kill_country_leader to retire_country_leader to match the situation of the event.
* Edited rot_germany.22 and made the following changes: Aligned Trotsky's description with his vanilla Soviet Civil War events (this includes sub-ideological modifications and return from Mexico/Norway) and added the Smirnov option. The event no longer causes a glitch when Kalinin is unavailable and instead presents the option of Kamenev. Now generates leaders from generals if Trotskyists are unavailable. I also added Bukharin and Rykov options internally in anticipation of using the same event in the future right-wing route.
* Added NF "GER_save_the_soviet_union".
* Changed some NFs to specify SOU instead of SOV, giving war objectives to more appropriate targets.
* Changed the sub-ideology of Trotsky, who became the leader in rot_germany.38, from Leninism to Marxism (to match the specifications after NSB).
* Compatible with 1.14.5 update

* ソ連の指導者交代イベント（rot_germany.22）で、最高会議による集団指導体制の選択肢を追加するとともに、kill_country_leaderをretire_country_leaderに変更してイベントの状況に合わせた。
* rot_germany.22を編集し、以下の変更を行った：トロツキーの記述を バニラのソ連内戦イベントに合わせた（これはサブイデオロギーの修正やメキシコ・ノルウェーからの帰還を含む）。スミルノフの選択肢を追加した。カリーニンが使用不可能である場合にイベントが不具合を起こすことなく、代わりにカーメネフの選択肢を提示するようにした。トロツキストが使用不可能である場合に将軍から指導者を生成するようにした。将来的な右派ルートでの同イベントの使用を想定してブハーリンとルイコフの選択肢を内部に追加した。
