Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a problem introduced in the last update that was murdering Shen

Features:
- Added automatic minimum promotion to squaddie if a class is specified to ensure you get what you asked for

Improvements:
- Implemented a new approach to base anti-duplication measures. Now less brute force and hopefully more compatibility friendly
- Improved SPARK handling

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where duplicate soldiers could be created if an unnamed (random pick) entry was placed before named entries in the roster
