- Fix Flight Recovery when both pilot and copilot are seated

- Fixed engine drown point on Apache (had been omitted)
- Suppress drowning heli occupants if collision damage is disabled
- Fixed back seat of Mi2 getting stuck in drinking animation
- Fixed heli wreck that couldn't be deleted by admin tools
- Fixed ground detection to avoid helis spawning heli crash site in mid air
- Added Flight Recovery function to return heli to stable flight attitude/position (auto hover/pilot)
- Fixed door exit position detection to hopefully resolve potential raid glitch
- Added 2 new BlackHawk retextures (Thanks RE31GN!)

- Fixed tailgate ramp sound on CH-53e to only be heard from up to 35m
- Changed size of flight cases to prevent them from being put in player inventory (and being abused)
