Sengoku Stars v0.12 - The Third Anniversary Update (Part 2)

added:
- JAP post-collapse content, including five new paths and some bonus content for the existing ones
- COA and RAN post-collapse content
- SHU can now take several decisions to keep the Dimensional Anchor alive for longer
- Grew (in Fuchu) and Robin now have unique heads of government
- you can now force Star to fucking die (or not die) with game rules
- the Kwantung Army can now use decisions to get extra bonuses in exchange for increased suspicion
- the Rangers and Fuchu now have generals

changed:
- removed special projects because tech modding is pain, most relevant techs are now obtainable in the regular research tree
- buffed most army expertise ideas for balance reasons
- Penacony and the Stonehearts now get militia divisions to avoid cheese in the Stoneheart Revolt
- removed the weird bridges that i accidentally left in for like half a year, they'll be back eventually as actually buildable bridges once i get around to it
- Nagoya's early wars are now player-exclusive because they were a bit TOO early and interfered with Star's initial expansion
- Nagoya now disbands its army when failing the Famine to allow the AI to kill them much faster
- the Kwantung Army now gets claims on all of Korea when declaring war on the Governorate to make the AI actually maybe take some states and increase their odds of survival a bit
- Star now white peaces out of all their wars when collapsing
- AI Star will now always either stabilize or collapse shortly after uniting Kanto for the first time to avoid an AI softlock
- Choshi will now only be annexed by Star after remilitarizing, they can also remilitarize any time when they aren't an American subject

fixed:
- compatibility with 1.16.*
- Penacony is no longer suspiciously happy about the Stoneheart Revolt
- the American Provisional Government now remembers to disband their faction if they take the Theria path
- the AI will now actually take certain decisions such as uniting Kyushu (KHE), stabilizing the government (JAP) and crushing the Anarchists (ZAI, only if not set to do anarchist path)
- sending Texas to negotiate with Lappland as POL no longer stops the LAP spawn event chain
- fixed a softlock in Sternburg's focus tree with the focus “All Power to the Police” never becoming available

Sengoku Stars v0.11 - The Third Anniversary Update

added:
- content for some of Star's Breakaways (FUC, CHK, CHO, CHB, USA)
- Chiba and Choshi pre-annexation content
- several new landmarks (no models yet)
- leaders for all of Star's breakaways (even the non-playable ones)

changed:
- adjusted the way Star collapses, also removing the paranoia system in the process
- almost all USA national spirits are removed or reset to their initial levels when released from Star to avoid unintended ideology boosting or other weird shenanigans

fixed:
- compatibility with 1.15
- the US Navy should no longer be considered capitulated when released from Star (i hope)
- Chiba and Choshi actually remember what they were doing if released from Star
- removed the notification fix because paradox hates me

Sengoku Stars v0.9 - The People's Revolution

added:
- the Chinese Civil War and some CCP content
- some content for the USSR and the Northern Parliament
- a different option for the Shikoku War to turn into an uprising, adding some flavor
- several events for Star to choose their country's name and flag at different points throughout the game
- RoC first year flavor events
- subideology colors and a few more subideologies
- three more achievements have been added for the achievement hunters
- reintroduced Sternburg's (unreleased) marriage system in preparation for the next update

changed:
- TEM now starts as a subject of Star and owns most of HYA
- you now have until 1950 to conquer everything for the Speedrun achievement

fixed:
- some of China's names and flags were incorrect, they no longer are
- the Chinese New Year events fired in the wrong month, they no longer do
- event GUI no longer clips, making more than 4 options possible
- map graphics fixes due to ToA

Sengoku Stars v0.8 - The Second Anniversary Update

added:
- the rest of Korea as well as Vladivostok and a bit of Manchuria are on the map!
- a new tag in the form of Kwantung Army remnants
- full pre-war focus trees for all Korean tags (KOJ, KOC, JEJ and MTS)
- part of the first year of content for CHI
- a custom GUI to make China's mainland control a little less chaotic
- the SEDC is now a separate allegiance category in preparation for future mechanics that rely on allegiances

changed:
- made a few states impassable where it makes sense for both geography and gameplay
- added more states and victory points to the South of Korea
- reworked railways AGAIN
- Germany's ethnic tension ideas aren't removed instantly in the post-war tree
- Kuril lore.
- Russia's faction name matches the new lore for the Kurils

fixed:
- Russia can now actually core the Ainu states

Sengoku Stars v0.7.3 - Japan's Toolbox – Germany Update

added:
- a complete rework of the German tree!
- straits!!!
- a scripted peace deal if Brittany falls, this just prevents a crash where anarchist Kheko would cap monarchist Brittany and repeatedly crash the game when trying to do anything
- starting navies for Russia and Germany
- four potential flags for post-Hokkaido War monarchist and republican Germany respectively
- a decision for Russia to make the Ainu rise up against Germany. This is very expensive
- icons that indicate which countries have recently received updated content
- a few extra focuses for the Imperium
- more generals for Germany

changed:
- Germany no longer starts with cores on the Ainu states. This means they will start with less manpower and will capitulate faster
- changed all Ainu names (besides German subject) to be in Ainu language rather than Japanese

fixed:
- special forces doctrines have ACTUALLY been returned to life (somewhat)
- it seems like the source of the permanent random crashes has been resolved

Sengoku Stars - Japan's Toolbox Patch 2

added:
- localization for one additional SOV tree
- an extra state for absolutely no reason
- a decision to build Kitakyushu
- 8(!) additional superevents
- complete reunification for the Republicans in Fukushima
- a reunification focus for Sternburg, currently obtainable only through manual justification

changed:
- war exhaustion gain from economy laws has been reduced
- added a custom superevent GUI
- renamed Kitakyushu to Kokura at game start, adjusted victory points accordingly

Sengoku Stars v0.7.1 - Japan's Toolbox Patch 1

changes:
- added a unique MIO to the Zaibatsu
- fixed a few issues with existing MIOs
- moved Sternburg's elections ahead by a year to reduce wait times for the Republican path
- fixed some long standing bugs in Brittany's tree
- temporarily locked the Indonesian Civil War due to too many bugs existing and the content surrounding it not being fleshed out enough. Expect it to return some time next year.
- The ability to play historical has been deleted as a "feature" from Sengoku Stars, it made no sense.
