Change Log:
- Fixed a bug with GUI when selecting artifacts
- Fixed bugs while saving pawn warrants
- Killing pawn and leaving corpse will automatically fail the warrant
- Fixed a bug where caravans would receive rewards for dead despite having living pawn
- Fixed a bug where non-hostile factions would create warrants on colonists
- Fixed a bug where caravans would be able to deliver corpses
- Fixed a bug where death payments were delivered instead of capture payments
