Navy missions colored.
Enlarged plane types mapicon as much as possible.

MPU - Map Counters (M) removed,(maybe) will release as a submod in the future.
DD, SS, fighter, DB, scout plane mapicons won't look tiny now.
Equipment tag now can be seleted.
Small icons won't seems crowded in tech interface.
Navy training icon fixed.
Deleted some useless files.
Airbase and ports icons removed for someone said it's too big.
