DEVELOPER NOTES
Please restart all your saved OPCOM scenarios to ensure compatibility.
Continuing outdated scenarios may cause issues, and missing fixes and features.
This update includes optimized conflict handling for the data center and future updates.

MAJOR BUG FIXES
  • FIXED: infinite OPCOM loading screen (automatic data center wipe is invevitable)
  • FIXED: empty OPCOM menu in exported scenarios
  • FIXED: operator loadout not changing on player faction switch

MINOR BUG FIXES
  • FIXED: explosive barrel next to transmitter not detonating in comms node objective
  • FIXED: map not opening for 'on foot' insertion selection on mission start
  • FIXED: global ops missions not ending with a cutscene and mission end
  • FIXED: missing icons to edit and delete squad units, after adding new squad units
  • FIXED: lone wolf patch showing after removing first squad unit, regardless of squad size
  • FIXED: wrong camera position when adding new units to squad

OPCOM MENU
  • ADDED: missing translations for various menu content and notifications
  • TWEAKED: rearranged colors in color picker in menu settings
  • TWEAKED: fine tuned color values for menu accent colors

OPCOM DATA CENTER
  • TWEAKED: invalid Data Center content now resets independently, preventing full wipes
  • TWEAKED: data center handling now blocked on outdated scenarios
  • TWEAKED: more detailed notifications for data center procedure

OPCOM SYSTEMS
  • ADDED: option to force enable respawn / medical settings with incompatible mods loaded
  • ADDED: option to enable or disable vehicle crew (e.g. gunners) on transport helicopters
  • TWEAKED: ground transport vehicles always come with crew enabled
  • TWEAKED: barrel explosions now trigger camera shake if enabled in gameplay settings

OPCOM UPDATE HANDLING
  • ADDED: force-restart option in notification on version mismatch in outdated scenarios
  • ADDED: force-restarting outdated scenarios removes save games and restarts the scenario

OPCOM HOMEBASE SCENARIO TWEAKS
  • TWEAKED: removed the map intro, launching directly into the OPCOM menu

GAMEPLAY
  • ADDED: radio protocols for new supports (some only show in sidechat)
  • ADDED: extended camera shake on support fire explosions (toggle in support and settings menu)
  • ADDED: option to toggle artillery support firing sounds on/off (toggle in support and settings menu)
  • FIXED: close air support
  • FIXED: random patrols group behaviour
  • TWEAK: slightly changed amount of units in missions (will get customizable in next update)
  • TWEAK: flag positioning and capture handling in objective "SECTOR CONTROL"
  • TWEAK: auto parachute and group formation on jump with AI
  • TWEAK: search for helicopter landing zones should be more reliable
  • TWEAK: process when connecting and disconnecting personal UAV

OPCOM MENU
  • ADDED: music player features in bottom taskbar for menu music

  • FIXED: visible vehicle attachments while loading vehicle preview should be gone

Version unchanged, because no scripts were updated. Default scenario on Stratis in Singleplayer was not included correctly in the build. Packing issue. Now it should be playable again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

INFORMATION
OPCOM should now be compatible with the Prairie Fire DLC again. I apologize for the long wait for this patch and the inconvenience. Thank you for staying loyal to this mod anyway. I want to fix a bug or tweak features now and then. Unfortunately, I can't promise anything at the moment. For now, I wish you successful and honorable missions back in Vietnam.

MISC - FUNCTIONALITY/USABILITY
FIXED: import and export now working correct if only settings or factions are handled
FIXED: skipping time in dashboard was not working and freezing the player when leaving the menu
TWEAKED: changed initialization in order to make OPCOM at least playable in multiplayer (full functionality still not guaranteed)
TWEAKED: added warning when starting a scenario in multiplayer
TWEAKED: added warning when trying to enter global ops menu in multiplayer (different map cannot be loaded in multiplayer)
TWEAKED: access to global ops is now blocked in multiplayer scenario (different map cannot be loaded in multiplayer)
TWEAKED: OPCOM sphere and effects are now created local
TWEAKED: header for assigned objectives now shows correct objectice count after re-entering the menu (also in global ops)
TWEAKED: deploy button in global ops is now inactive if no objective is selected
TWEAKED: set sliders back to linear instead of steps
TWEAKED: changed air traffic frequency setting to slider for more control over settings and more options
TWEAKED: position finding for mission enemy vehicles
