Note: If these changes are too rough and you cannot fix them quickly, you can use this version: https://github.com/EvilEyeGuy/MedievalOverhaul-Royalty/tree/OldVersion Open the link, click "Code", then "Download ZIP" Extract the ZIP file and put it in "Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods" In the end it should look like this: "Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods\Medieval Overhaul Royalty". The folder name does not matter. What matters is that inside "Medieval Overhaul Royalty" there are no extra folders, only the mod folders like "1.5", "1.6", "About", etc.

New Features
Mod Options Menu
Medieval Overhaul Royalty now includes a dedicated Mod Options menu.
Path: Options > Mod Options > Medieval Overhaul Royalty

Two toggles let you customize how the mod integrates with the Royalty DLC.
The patches were revised to be less destructive.

Configuration Options

1) Medieval Overhaul – Furniture Integration
Replaces bedroom and throne room furniture requirements with Medieval Overhaul items.
Path: Options > Mod Options > Medieval Overhaul Royalty

When ACTIVE
  • Comprehensive medieval integration for all royal titles

When INACTIVE
  • Medieval items added as supplementary options to vanilla requirements

2) Medieval Overhaul – Empire Trader Integration
Controls how Medieval Overhaul items appear in Empire trader stocks.
Path: Options > Mod Options > Medieval Overhaul Royalty

When ACTIVE
  • Empire trader stocks replaced entirely with Medieval Overhaul goods
  • No orbital trader

When INACTIVE
  • Medieval goods added to vanilla Empire inventories
  • Both medieval and vanilla items available
  • Orbital trader remains available
  • Broader trade variety overall

Royal Title Requirements (Furniture Integration mode)

Knight — Required furniture:
  • 2× Rustic Noble Chair, Armchair, or Royal Armchair
  • 1× Rustic Table 2x2, Reinforced Rustic Table 2x2, or Royal Table 2x2
  • 1× Candle, Candles, Candelabra, or Candlestick Stand

Praetor — Required furniture:
  • 4× Rustic Noble Chair, Armchair, or Royal Armchair
  • 1× Rustic Table 2x2, Reinforced Rustic Table 2x2, or Royal Table 2x2
  • 1× Rustic Bookshelf or Royal Bookshelf
  • 2× Candle, Candles, Candelabra, or Candlestick Stand
  • 1× Silver Bowl, Gold Bowl, Silver Chalice, Gold Chalice, Gold Skull, Emerald Skull, Sapphire Skull, or Ruby Skull

Baron — Required furniture:
  • 4× Armchair or Royal Armchair
  • 1× Royal Table 2x2
  • 2× Rustic Bookshelf or Royal Bookshelf
  • 3× Candle, Candles, Candelabra, or Candlestick Stand

  • 1× Daer Rug (2x4 or larger, mandatory)

Throne Room & Common Additions
All royal titles additionally support:
  • Royal Throne (alternative to vanilla Throne)
  • Medieval Candlestick Stands (alternative to Brazier)
  • Medieval Columns (alternative to Column)
  • Medieval furniture: Beds, End Tables, Dressers, Chests, Room Dividers

  • Column → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Column, GothicStyle Wall Column, or Gothic Style Wall Column Front.
  • Grand Column → Can be replaced with a Gothic Style Flying Buttress or a Gothic Blood Window.
  • Rustic End Table → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Bedside Table.
  • Rustic Bed → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Bed.
  • Royal Tudor Bed → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Double Bed.
  • Deathrest Coffin → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Coffin Bed.
  • Dresser → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Mirror.
  • Closet → Can be replaced with a Gothicstyle Wardrobe.
