Minor patch. Edited the Vanilla Expanded Framework patch, adding the Eschatos and the Tesla as valid shield weapons.

Oddities: Weapon's Module v1.2.1

Two new weapons!
- Eschatos
- Tesla

Made a change to the Devil's Bargain. It no longer has damage reduction by default, but when hitting a target, the user obtains a buff that massively boosts damage reduction. This should make it play nicer with other mods that modify this stat.

Also a few minor changes here and there to some weapons- mostly I just gave the Cantabile a minor effect when it drives someone berserk. Nothing major, really.
