v3.2:

Tweak: reworked completely the way the hospital precept works to adjust it to player having several colony maps. Also added a new thought to indicate the player has got a hospital, but isn't impressive enough
Tweak: similarly reworked the base desired precept that counts number of rooms in maps
Tweak: added a pop up message to the trading fair ritual to inform the player if the ritual doesn't find 200 silver in stockpiles near trade beacons
Tweak: reworked the way violence abhorrent precept works to ignore entities, and to hopefully detect downed raiders better
Tweak: added cider, irish coffee, rums and Alpha Crafts drinks to the alcohol desired precept
Tweak: leather apparel abhorrent shouldn't apply to NPC factions
Tweak: children may yearn for the mines, but they won't yearn for the booze now
Fix: NRE fix in Royalty precept if the Empire faction isn't there
Fix: mechanoid effigies shouldn't affect mech bosses

Fix: Permit cost halved precept shouldn't allow infinite uses of a permit if honor is low
