Couldn't resist tweaking it further;

- On Redictor's suggestion, Theme Park has been made cheaper and quicker to build, giving it a break-even point roughly equal to that of the Road Car Factory (5.3 seasons). I conversely decided that the Tour Centre should be slightly more expensive so it doesn't break even too quickly.

- Another revisit of the top speed levels in all series, with Acceleration and Braking boosted to compensate. The performance scalars have also been changed, and with that comes a number of adjustments to part and building costs. More so than ever, you'll need 6 good parts, or at least 4 (engine/gearbox/front wing/suspension).

Mod revisited, polishing many of the remaining issues;

- Top speeds revised downwards again. Cars are faster overall because brakes and cornering was boosted more.
- Starting chassis for teams changed to make each team more likely to finish at or near their expected season 1 objective.
- Wet tracks still weren't slow enough, so another tweak made.
- Hybrid mode no longer saves as much fuel, though it lasts longer. Similar to the previous power mode change.
- Hammer and Shimizu engines improved in place of Mersault, suppliers give discounts to the correct teams according to lore.
- Changes to tyres intended to encourage using harder compounds in the race more. Degradation past 50% is high, even in endurance series.

Final version.

- Tweaked race distance and changed some WMC rules to bring it further in line with the current F1 rulebook.
- Part suppliers and building costs changed one more time, should be the most balanced it has been yet.
- Harder tyres now have higher TimeCost on short race distance to make an extra pit stop more viable. This is also true on medium distance albeit to a lesser extent.

New custom buildings.txt to better balance the HQ aspect of the game. Racing on wet tracks still seemed too fast, so that TimeCost has been raised a bit more. Slight nerf to the harder compounds to try and make multi-stop strategies more common.

CarStats adjustment to make braking distances in all series shorter. Felt the cars were too slow on corner entry previously, and allows me to tune down mid-corner speed.

Fixed an issue where starting in Endurance series would make SS/GT races enduros also. Supplier and part costs revisited. Top speeds in single seater revised downwards again. Tyres in short races made a bit more durable to reduce the downside of making Q3 if three-stage is in place.

Major bug noticed in the fuel weight simulation on Single Seater long. Whilst in the process of fixing this, I took the chance to make adjustments elsewhere (race lengths, tyre heating, ChampionshipMaxStat in some series, minor bug fixes).

Part components wasn't working because MM workshop is stupid. It's possible that the feature will have to be limited to a resources.assets version of this mod, which will be uploaded elsewhere... eventually.
