Corrected the text for unit ability previews related to the Village of Shinobi Clans ability during gameplay (Since it did not display every ability that units received from that ability)

The following changes have been applied:

- There was a grammatical error in the way the Hidden Leaf was being referred to in gossips. This has been corrected.

- Rearranged the wall-breaking abilities of Shinobi and Mechanized Shinobi to different unit ability categories in the code. (This change makes exactly 0 change in gameplay, so only modders and anyone who knows how the Civ6 code works will notice the change)

- Slight edits in the display of unit ability text for better accuracy

- The Shinobi was mistakenly classified in code as both a melee and ranged unit, thus unintentionally receiving their bonuses (Such as the +5 combat strength against anti-cavalry & the -17 ranged strength against naval units). This was added during the early phases of testing this mod, and a mistake was made forgetting to remove this by release. This has since been corrected.

- The +1 adjacency bonus to Campuses given by the Ninja Academy for being beside the City Center has been changed; it now increases the base adjacency by 50% instead, increasing to 100% if it is the Capital.

- Slight modifications and resizes to the unit portraits and symbols to make their appearance look better.

Minor text changes in Civilopedia, plus added text specifying that both the Shinobi and Mechanized Shinobi can deal full damage to walled districts (This bonus has already been with them from the very start, I just simply forgot to put that in the text until now)
