-Fixed an affliction typo for the heavy crate encombrance

- Added the new encombrance system which is 10000 times better than the old one : No more fiddling with slots, now it's natural and fluid
- Disabled the Minigun and his related backpack due to a very low usefulness (and obviously balance)
- Slightly reduced the capacity of the OxyGen Backpack due to balancing concerns
- Techno-Backpack's sonar and submap are slighlty larger and are now draggable !
- Xeno-Backpack now give you more malus when used, getting stronger with time (hampened visibility, reduced movement speed, blur, etc)
- Removed the system check line from the ddos (was causing issue with medium to low end pc)

- Added Contamination Resistance to the DDOS suit to make it fully compatible with the Hazardous Reactor mod

- Added basic compatibility with the Enhanced Armaments Mod

- Added the Brazilian Portuguese language thanks to Polaris !

- Adjusted the DDOS system check sound duration to prevent with low internet to get ejected from the game
