[Tweaked] variable "mihq" to "mchq" - Adjust variables as needed if placing multiple of these in Eden Editor. Should be no issues spawning them as Zeus.

Added an event handler that checks for when the building is destroyed, it will destroy/delete all interior objects using BIS_fnc_attachToRelative.
