Added Staff of wind, Staff of Fire, Staff of Ice & Staff of Lightning (Including their Pack a punch versions).
Fixes: Fixed some inconsistencies with how long some weapons took to make via crafting
Some code optimisation on Wond-O-Works, Amm-o-Matic & Pack-A-Punch Weapons
