Fixed some issues with Lithuanian Communist tree

Poland no longer invites Lith commies to intermarrium

Its been updated to newest version.


I have fixed WAY too much stuff, shouldn't crash now

Forgot to add two important lines in code

Added French Focus tree + bug fixes

This is a first update so that people can play around if they want, we do not advise playing anything but
