Tank Changes:
- Can now use Heavy Tank Chassis to make AA
- All Tank AA Battalions Armor is reduced by 75% to prevent using it for space marine type things

- Yugo can send 2 Volunteers to the SCW

New Nation Kazakh SSR:
- Added a new Infantry minor to the Commintern, 1st pass
- 2 Political paths centered around working for the soviets are going your own path
- 2 Army Paths, either taking in the CCP for mass infantry or going for Special
- KSR starts with a massive debuff to tank production
- Added 60 Chromium within its borders
- Added a Supply Hub and Railway from their capital to the Soviet Rail Network
- Can be annexed right away on game start via event for the soviets if AI, and there is a focus to instant annex it the AI will do at game start by default

Other:
- Raj no longer gets a 2 year ahead of time research bonus to engineers
- German "Good Weather Army" is no longer a hidden idea (changed with gotterdam)
- Finnish "sisu" spirit now gives a mega debuff to desert acclimitization
- Uk Left Side eco ticks reverting back to 90 days from 70
- UK "Prepare for the inevitable" Mil Factory Production speed reduced from 10% to 7.5%
- UK "General Rearmament" requires 20% Tension instead of 15%
- Fixed a bug where Papau didn't have the correct cores, and didn't get an Australia core if there was a NZL player
- Mine Tech GUI cleaned up a bit, and the research is added to the debug decision to give 1940 tech
- BB and BC Armor are now seperate armor categories, which should mean Auto designs don't accidentally grab the oldest one

Eco/Political
- "Focus on our Home" and "Focus on our Empire" Political Power reduced from 100 to 75
- Focuses to remove Great Depression completely on both Eco branches now requires 5% world Tension or Jan 1st 1937
- Left Side Eco "Imperial Defense Conference" Now only needs either of the 2 parent branches complete instead of both
- Left Side Eco UK "Invest in the Colonies" ticks now take 70 days instead of 90

- Naval MIO's now have a cap of 10 instead of 15, but for each level up until you hit level 6 you will gain +1 cap
- Naval Mines re-added
1) in line with vanilla but with less impact on naval supremacy
2) Deep oceans nerf mines more than vanilla, but shallow ocean buff them more than vanilla.
3) Flying boats are able to drop and disarm mines
4) Regular Submarines are not able to mine, for gameplay reasons, only cruiser
