HOTFIXES for BAP 1.6 (1.6.1)

Fixes/Changes
-Fixed broken loc for the Donzow MAA from the Donzo Ton tradition
-Fixed coding error in scope for Harari and Gurage hybrid cultures [thanks to @Drottenssten].
-Fixed Behafaridism/zurvanism not getting Islamic Syncretism correctly as in Vanilla after BAPS doctrine effects had been applied [thanks to @Drottenssten].
-Changed Behafaridism/zurvanism from righteous to pluralism doctrine, as in vanilla they are righteous like other Zoroastrians - but if they are syncretic they shouldn't be righteous?
-Changed and Orisa to Oloku from doctrine lay clergy from theocratic clergy (as the latter is excluded for faiths with a Head of Faith in vanilla) [thanks to @Drottenssten].
-Made it so any hybrid culture formed from a culture who should have access to unique BAP innovations, will retain access to these innovations after diverging (checks for the original culture or if the hybrid cultures parent is a valid culture)[thanks to @Addx .
-Added the Donzo Ton tradition to Malinke culture, can't believe I also to actually give Malinke this!
-For Bozo culture, Wetlanders tradition replaced with Joking Relationships (Bozo already have Masters of the River tradition which reflects some wetland bonuses)
-Maba culture ethos changed from communal to egalitarian
-Nuba culture heritage changed from Eastern to Central African.
-Zaghawa culture hertiage changed from Berber to Central African [thanks to @Huriale ]
-Changed the loc for vanilla Pulaar culture from Pulo to Fulbe.
-BAP now modifies the can_use_befriend_scheme_trigger to achieve Joking Relationships

New content

-Added a new cultural tradition 'Joking Relationships' for Serer/Fulbe and Bozo/Kibsi cultures [thanks to @Nix | EPE | CE for giving me the idea for this].
-Consquently each of Serer/Fulbe/Bozo/and Kibsi, have been assigned this tradition.

Update 6 - Darfur and Central Africa

This is the sixth major update for BAP, and after previous updates to Eastern Africa included, we have now taken 'central' and Eastern Africa from vanilla's 8 cultures to 20 cultures! In this update we have added 6: Maba, Fur, Nuba, Dinka, Kwama, and Berta (AKA Proto-Funj!).

A big thank you to BAP community member Nix, who lay the ground work for this update with research, sketching the initial set up of each culture, and creating name_lists for the Dinka, Maba (too big for me to have time to localise yet sorry!), as well as providing me the resources to complete the Fur name list as well (amongst other things). Thank you so much Nix! This overhaul is not 100% done and more depth will be added in later post-release updates when I have more time or can convince Nix to help me :) What's definitely coming post-release will include a unique Maba name list, and material permitting more unique localisation for Kwama and Berta as well.

In addition, this rework brings one new pagan faith to BAP, Nhialicism. Centred on the veneration of the ancient sky and rain god Nhialic, this faith replaces Kushitic paganism for areas in southern Alwa, and west into the Kordofan region (that is the Dinka and Nuba counties in-game). The Daju controlled counties remain a Kushtic hold out however, so those who wish to RP as a Nubian pagan these counties are for you. The Kwama area at the very bottom of Alwa is now also pagan (Waaq). These changes mean that for Christian rulers of Alwa there is a new challenge, only the northern part of the kingdom is feudal and Christian, with the southern half both pagan and now of different cultures. This is a much more accurate set up (it obviously is far from perfect though but this is a game after all), as in reality whilst a thoroughly Christian kingdom Alwa nevertheless ruled over a large territory that retained its traditional social and religious organisation – with little penetration of Christianity into these regions far from the Alwan capital of Soba. So unlike their northern neighbour of Makuria, the Alwan king will now have to manage tribal, pagan, and different culture vassals. Don't forget that one of these counties (now in Kwama-land) the county of Fazghuli, has a gold mine – so best not let it slip from your fingers in a revolt!

Coptic culture! With integration of some changes from CE, Coptic culture is now present on the map in most of Egypt – something I had planned for a long time but never got around to, this is long over-due.

Changes by user request:

-Now players using any of BAP's over a dozen new West African faiths (plus the Amazigh pagans out there) will be able to take the vanilla Feudalise realm decision for West African pagans [thanks to SketchySnel for this suggestion].
-Idoism has had its holy site moved to a more accurate location in c_ayn_farrah [thanks to Atomic Chungus for this suggestion]
-Illuism now has own religion description separate to Amazigh paganism proper [thanks to Moiros for this suggestion].
-Banzaland has been renamed 'Banza Bakwai' for a slightly more flavorful name in-line with the Hausa tradition, as opposed to 'land' suffix we had before [thanks to Moiros for suggesting a change].
-The Holy African Empire is now a titular title instead of having a defined capital in Cairo, meaning it takes the players current capital. [thanks to Secret Sith for this suggestion]
-Form the Kingdom of Nobadia decision now viewable only by duke-level rulers or below [thanks to Bagration for this suggestion].
-Torou paganism now has its description loc displayed correctly [thanks to Vakiadia for this].

Buildings
-Buildings have all had their modifiers checked and balanced in-line with vanilla bonuses. Flat monthly income bonuses have reduced, and tax related bonuses brought in line with vanilla levels. Bonuses to build cost have been removed as per vanilla changes, and some building bonuses have been improved/buffed, as they were a bit underwhelming before. Overall, these changes are designed to be balanced feels in BAP compared to vanilla, so if you think I missed something or anything is OP, please let us know your thoughts. I have also added all the 'point of interest' tags to BAP buildings that have arrived with the latest 1.9.1 update.
-Removed a couple of mines from the mod that PDX has added that were previously included as part of our mod.
-Added the ability to upgrade the Tomb of Tin Hinan for Amazigh pagans (bonuses!).
-Added Däbrä Dammo, a famous mountain top monastery in Tigray - one of the oldest in Ethiopia (The Garima Gospels are also on my to-do-list once I start adding artefacts to the game).
-Added Aksum Séyon, also known as Maryam Tseyon or The Church of Our Lady, Mary of Zion, replacing the Obelisk of Aksum as the special building in the barony of Aksum. Obelisks will be coming back in the future though. In addition, I have added the ability for Muslim or Islam syncretic ruler who holds the Kingdom of Aksum title to convert the Aksum Séyon to a mosque.
-Added the Well of Sarki, as a historical site for Hausa/Tsafi, the former home of the Serpent Sarki (now dead), now a minor pilgrimage location.

Culture tradition changes by culture

-Two new BAP traditions have been added as well, Sahel Pastoralists – an Africa friendly version of vanilla's Pastorialists tradition (now works in drylands!), and Donzo Ton – a hunter-focused tradition for cultures of Mande heritage.
-Gbeto tradition, craven and content traits looked down replaced by craven traits costs prestige.
Amharic Highlanders relocalised as 'Ethiopic Highlanders' since it is also given to non Amharics.
-Along with adding the new cultural traditions from RICE, Culture Expanded and More traditions there's been a number of changes to tradition distribution across Africa:

Ewe, formation fighting added.
Akan, parochialism replaced with gold dust traders
Malinke, upland skirmishing replaced with Donzo Ton, and also Gold Dust Traders and Mud Masons traditions added. Donzo Ton is a new tradition unique to cultures of Mande heritage.
Pulo, Sahel Pastorialists added.
Soninke, caravaneers replaced with gold dust traders and mud masons traditions.
Mel, frequent festivities added.
Bozo, isolationist replaced with Masters of the River and Mud Masons.
Igbo, philosopher culture replaced with ritual hegemony and Igwebuike traditions.
Oru (Ijaw), masters of the river added.
Bini, parochialism replaced with Clan-based Craft Guilds
Yoruba, philosopher culture replaced with Clan-based Craft Guilds.
Habasha, city keepers and family entrepreneurship replaced with monastic communities and mendicant mystics.
Amhara, philosopher culture replaced by historians.
Agaw, horn mountain skirmishing added.
Nubian, Agrarian replaced by Nile Agriculture.

Scripting
-Not something that will affect players, but I have cleaned up my files - especially scripts, consolidating them into single files where possible and better organising them generally. This should make them easier to use for other people who want to integrate BAP files into their own mods in future.

Bug fixes
-With the help of Kaepora Gaebora some long-standing bugs (not so much apparent to a player but moreso if you read the error log) have been squashed, most notably the error spam about dynasty CoA lacking founders.

Mod integration:

RICE African content, with cybrxhan's help RICE's excellent African content is integrated into BAP. Including dozens of events, decisions, and traditions. Thanks and appreciation as always to cybrkhan for their generous support.

Culture Expanded, is as the name suggests a culture mod focusing on fleshing out the culture map in CK3. We have contributed with their set up of both West and East Africa, and in this update to the current mainline patch we have incorporated some of their changes
into BAP, including the following:
-Coptic culture and language is now present in Egypt including a name and dynasty name list,

Update: Dec 4, 2022 @ 12:01am

Released:
18/06/22

Mod admin changes:
IBL no long required to run BAP as a base-mod, though still complimentary.
I'm continuing to reduce my use of history files and transfer more changes to script to increase compatibility further, this is an ongoing process as it's quite fiddly and time-consuming.

West Africa Culture Overhaul

Prior to the Mossi, the Tengabissi or Children of the Forest were the Aboriginal people of Burkina Faso and parts of Northern Ghana who broadly shared a religion focused on an Earth cult, and hierarchy of Earth Priests. In vanilla CK3 these peoples are represented by the Gur culture, which is more properly their language grouping. I have finally broken up the Gur blob into it's constituent elements, which include the Kurumba, Lilse, and Kibsi. These Aboriginal cultures form the core of a new Gur heritage group.

-Added the following cultures to the Gur heritage: Kurumba, Lilse, Kibsi, Senufo (new culture), Lobi (new culture), Konkomba (Aboriginal inhabitants of northern modern day Ghana) and Gurma (renamed vanilla Gur culture).
-Added Zarma culture to their supposed pre-migration territory (Ni ger bend region). The Zarma would later migrate down the Ni ger to the Dendi region and eventually form a fusion culture with the Songhai.
-Akan culture has been renamed Bono to reflect the fact that Akan groups had not split up and evolved unique cultural identities until centuries after
the 1066 start date. The Bono people are said to be the first Akan group to settle within modern-day Ghana, from which latter groups such as Fante, Asante etc. developed. Consequently the territory of the 'Akan' culture has been scaled back to reflect that proto-Akan groups had not yet spread southwards. Instead Guang replaces Akan for the territory south of Bonoman, as the Guang are regarded as first group to migrate into the region.

Sahara and North Africa

-Amaheğ aka Tuareg (I could resist no longer), Haratin, and Afru (African-Romance is back!)
-Added a new Afru culture to the game, to represent African Romance culture of North Africa that was present in region of k_aghlabid well past 1066.
This culture has no map presence but characters of this culture are added to courts within this kingdom at both start dates.
-Added a new Haratin culture to the game, to represent the Haratin peoples of Western Sahara present in region of k_anbiya until the present day (where
they make up the majority of the population of Mauretania). This culture has no map presence but characters of this culture are added to courts within this kingdom at both start dates.

Religion

-Tooru paganism (Songhai) is now present on the map, and replace Bidaism for the middle Ni ger region.
-A bunch of counties in Gur lands have been flipped to Gur paganism (Tengdemba) due to county culture changes (see below).
-The ruler of 1066 Mali is now an adherent of Maraboutism instead of Ashari.
-I've increased the influence of Tsafi (Bori) on the southern and west peripheries of Hausaland, based on further research.
-I've further reduced the number of Ashari counties in the horn in 867, given that penetration of Islam did not accelerate for centuries after this.
-Using new features of latest patch, Ethiopian Orthodox faith now properly has the Coptic Patriarch as its head of faith (yay!).
-BAP's Sacred Mountains tenet is now defunct (and removed) as PDX have introduced their own tenet which is ostensibly the same thing (along with their previous addition of the sacred mountains cultural tradition!). So religions that previously had BAP's Sacred Mountain tenet now have the vanilla Cthonic Redoubt tenet, this include the Guanche, Amazigh, Tsafi, and Idoist religions.

Titles and de jure structure changes

-Some changes that were previously left to IBL have now been integrated into BAP itself:
-New de-jure empire: Lower Ni ger Empire now made de-jure instead of only formable by decision, though for flavor can still be formed via decision at a higher cost for certain bonuses.
-New de-jure empire: Nubian Empire made de-jure, decision to form the empire title removed.
-The akward vanilla kingdom of Igbo-Benue is no more. In it's place we have two new kingdoms;
-New de-jure kingdom: Nri, composed of duchy of Igbo-Ukwu and (the new) duchy of Ijo. Nri deserved it's own title, albeit vanilla leaves us few counties to work with unfortunately.
-New de-jure kingdom: Banzaland - like in IBL Banzaland consists of the so-called 'Banza' states.

Plus minor bug fixes mostly related to loc issues.

Please report any problems and I will try to fix them ASAP.
