-Radiation sickness and ARS no longer stack (ARS will remove radiation sickness past its danger threshold) gameplay wise nothing change, maybe save some performances on top

-Changed ARS source strength as it was otherwise nigh impossible to even get it (rough estimation is now around 2min30 at max radiation)

-ARS now also give organ & internal damage same for radiation sickness but only at max strength

-ARS and radiotion sickness now also cause screen blur effects


-Mistake that removed the fuel % out pin on the reactor wiring pannel

-Description of acute radiation syndrome (give more info on how you can get it in the first place for those unaware of) and the QoL anti rad drug effect

-Antirad QoL affliction is removed upon getting acute radiation syndrome to reflect DTPA's description of it becoming useless at that point

-Backend code adjustement on certain afflictions to reduce potential lag causes

-Bring back fuel rod quality thanks to Milord pointing me at a conditionnal I missed wich allow it to work with my code

Changed name back to release one as it otherwise don't get reckongized by patches leading them to be unusable
