-Added a Situation to the Ancient to finish building the city on Vis Uban (has 4 stages and requires a new game to show up)
-Path to Empowerment tradition now needs Vis Uban Ruins fully excavated
-Reduced sound of Tau'ri autocannons and properly renamed all sound entries associated with them (used to run under railgun which is a separate weapon)

-Added new options to the Traveler Enclave to buy Ancient Reactors, Goa'uld Staff Cannon/Heavy Staff Cannon/Shield/Reactor (now players can roleplay playing the Goa'uld)
-Added Lucian Alliance system initializer
-Added Goa'uld titan equipped with ZPM to Lucian Alliance starting system
-Added Home fleet to Lucian Alliance starting system
(Events are not yet implemented so they will stay in their starting system, waiting to be rekt, though it will take some firepower to take them down)

-Added new diplomacy option to the traveler enclave: Buy Strategic Resources (Including ZPM)
-Added new diplomacy option to the traveler enclave: Buy Technology (For now only 2 options)
-Added new diplomacy option to the traveler enclave: Buy ships corvette/destroyer/cruiser/battleships/zpm aurora
-Added new module Traveler Shield 5 (now their station and the ships they spawn are partially outfitted with these)
-Changed Traveler Enclave flag to differentiate them from Scavangers
-Added localization to Traveler government/civic/events
-Removed Traveler species portrait (now diplomacy window only shows their room background but this needs a new game to show up)
-Added Goa'uld Staff Cannon/Shield/Generator (was needed for some ships the traveler sell)

-Updated vanilla civic file to current vanilla version (that alone removed 1000 lines of error, coz they are referenced a lot)
-Removed some unused files to reduce error log

-Added Traveler Particle Cannon module and tech
-Outfitted traveler enclave station with Traveler and Ancient modules
-Moved some of the prerequisites in event options from "trigger" to "allow" (now they still show up when resource needs are not met but they are greyed out)
-Added Goa'uld weapons, Shields and Reactors in preparation for upcoming pirate events (not currently usable unless manually adding Goauld trait to species)
-Added Goa'uld techs for their new components
-Removed battleship requirement from XL weapons and replaced it with racial weapon requirements

-Finished excavation on P3R-272
-Ancient Repository now has option to add Ancient shield/drones/reactor along with pulse weapons. Once all options are exhausted it will give random technology options with 100% progress (has to be selected from research window to gain it instantly)
-Adjusted system initializers (for some reason premade empires need to be selected and manually clicking on the origin to spawn the proper system...)
-Fixed some localization

-Added back Titan section (now they can use XL slot weapons)
-Added planet P3R-272 to the galaxy (has ancient repository excavation, localization and rewards are missing coz update was pused earlier in order to fix bugs)
-Added Ancient Repository relic (currently only gives Ancient Pulse Weapons)
-Added Eden planet to galaxy (25 size Gaia with an Ether Dragon protector)
-Increased tier 5 ion cannon reactor output to 2000 (only for ancient and asgard, tauri gets to choose from those 2 anyways)
