Stellaris v3.6.0 Initial Update

#Tradition
- 'Machinery' Adoption Effect (for Synthetic Ascended Empires): Mechanical Pop Assembly Speed +10%, Empire Size from Planets -50% -> Opinion Bonus against Normal Organic and Spiritualist Empires.
- Parallelized Upgrade Solution (The name is also changed to Parallelized Assembly Solution): Modify Species Special Project Cost -20% -> Pop Assembly Cost -20%

#Ascension Perk
- Robotic Age (The name is also changed to The New Synthetic Age): Robot Output +10%, Modify Species Special Project Cost -33% -> Building providing Roboticst Jobs will instead directly increase Monthly Pop Assembly. Unlocks additional Robotic Traits.
- Bio-Genetics Mastery: Modify Species Special Project Cost -15% -> Removed

#Trait
- Engineered Speciality: Minerals from Miners +2 -> Energy Credits from Technicians +2
- Self-Replicating Microbot (New Trait): +1% Mechanical Pop Assembly Speed per Pop on the Planet
- Mil-Spec: Army Damage +20% -> Army Damage +20%. Pop Upkeep -5%

#Removed
- 'Charismatic' Trait from this mod has been removed. (The vanilla one is fine.)
- 'Robot Assembly Complex' Building and the Technology unlocking it from this mod have been removed. (Since we have the vanilla version of that now.)

#Bug Fix
- Fixed a bug that Adding / Removing 'Bio-Mechanical' trait of a sub-species of a Mechanical Hybrid Species also changes all other sub-species of the species.
(e.g. Let's say a hybrid species has 3 sub-species, removing the trait from 1st sub-species will merge all hybrid pops into the sub-species.)

- Malware asset will be added to a Spynetwork as soon as it's formed. (You don't need to wait a month now.)

#Situation
- 'Machine Learning' situation now requires the total 1000 progression to complete. (Each player actions add more progress than before.)

- Fixed the bug that Customized Empires with 'Synthetic Ascended' and 'Mechanical Heritage' origins can not be spawned at the game start. (Thank you, 'phatcatzzz3' for helping me fixing this!)
- Fixed the bug that researching 'World-Machines Upgrade' technology does not 'instantly' affect 'Thermal Throttling' planet modifiers.

#Planet Classes
- Mechanical, Virtual Reality Server, Auto-Machine, Auto-Factory / Processor / Server Worlds are not considered as 'is_artificial_planet = yes' anymore.
(Just like vanilla pc_machine and pc_city)

#Mechanical Hybrid
- Choosing to turn every species into the newly created hybrid will not remove the Mineral Body civic. (You can add the Mineral Body trait via species modification.)

#Ascension Perk
- Mind Seperation (Mind Integration) Ascension Perk now provides technologies giving robot (machine) species modification points, if the player already researched the counterpart version of those.
(i.e. Researching 'Binary Motivators' tech will make the player receive 'Cross-Model Standardization' tech once the transformation is done.)
