- Connected to the Data Storage: Will not affect Ruler and Gestalt Nodes in council.

- Fixed a bug that removing some traits fail to return the Ruler Modification Points appropriately.

- Psionic Emulator: Resources from Jobs +10% -> +15%, Researcher Jobs Output +10% -> 0%
(Also, its description is changed using ChatGPT 4.0)

- Enabled 'Leader Drone Assembly' and 'Core Intelligence Modification' technologies again. (But the rework is not done yet, you will see 'REPLACE_ME add trait effects here!' instead of the trait's actual effects.)
