-- All vehicles and aircraft are spawned directly into the level instead of using a Squad "vehicle spawner." This excludes Logis and Logi Helicopters, which need to user vehicle spawners for radio placement to function properly.

-- Multiplied thermite (c4) damage to uplink by 4 so one c4 will always kill a breached HQ. I'm not sure what happened to the damage model with recent Squad updates and/or vanilla faction revert, but this should rebalance things and let the rounds end quickly.

-- US vehicles spawn much more readily in the SDK now. RU vehicles continue to be okay. VehicleSpawners work in mysterious ways. Pushing to game for testing!

-- Corrected Echo artillery location on Outpost full size map.

-- Removed Insurgent layers temporarily and reverted maps to use vanilla factions to prevent 4.3 server crashing.
-- To account for the temporary loss of AA soldiers, all helicopter prices increased by 20%
-- To account for the temporary loss of AT soldier ammo buffs and other soldier buffs (combat engineer shovels, squad leader shovels, blue/yellow bandages, infinite rally points), all ground vehicle prices increased by 10%

Due to player feedback that rounds feel short, and that by time you have a full base, the round is over:
-- Increased round time from 62 to 70 minutes (includes a 30 second staging).
-- Slightly increased oil derrick construction point deposits. Oil derricks used to award 50 points every 5 seconds, and scale down to 15 construction points as you get to 32+ players. They now scale down to 20 points.

-- When the HQ is breached, the team now receives a C130 supply drop on the base (which lands/deposits in about 70 seconds). This gives the team an additional 5000 construction / 5000 ammo as a "comeback" mechanic.

-- SATCOM Uplinks can now be damaged by small arms, frag grenades, and other explosive types.

-- Fixed issue where resource depot 3d markers would show at full opacity when ADS.

-- Fixed issue where Outpost "downstairs" resource marker was showing 9999999 resources,

-- Modified grass on Outpost for better LOD'ing

Fixed issue where War Factory was looking for Soldier_New obstructions, but that class is gone as of v4.2. So it was looking for ALL classes and thinking that it was overlapping. But the WF was just overlapping with the terrain and itself.

Fixed UI issue where vehicle/aircraft button "wrap boxes" were wrapping at 350 pixels instead of 300. This caused unit buttons to be placed in rows of four, and the 4th would spill off-screen.

Fixed issue where customized Ammo Crates were no longer pointing to any static mesh models for the mid-construction and fully constructed states.
