- Added new "BF classes" to all layers.
- Assault class 3 gray smoke grenades replaced with 1 gray, 1 red, 1 blue.
- Commander door flipped on new HQ layout to work as intended (so no one else can enter, but you can leave if you resign)
- AT-Engineers now have 2 of each rocket type for both RU/US (RU had 3 heat rounds instead of 2)
- Russian Engineer classes now have missing vehicle repair box
- LOD and collision optimizations for new HQ layout
- Added Ammo box to HQ tower ground floor
- Set all MI8 helicopters to not spawn with ammo (one of them spawned loaded by accident)

- Outpost changes near HQ + minimap
- To fix AH6 bullet sounds and effects, set AH6 materials to "Helo Engine" physics material (to match MI8)
- Set Commander to no longer be the network "instigator" for spawned vehicles. This should stop false commander teamkill messages but needs testing.
- Made capture point ticking and capture sounds quieter. I still need to do more investigation about why it plays twice in-game.
- Capture points do not play "cap point lost" sound when being flipped to neutral.
- Fixed bug where replicated artillery warning actor had a post process sphere zone to tint the screen red. This sphere was set to Overlap All and was colliding with helicopter rotors. Set collision type to Capture Zone and tested to confirm fix.
- Added horizontal velocity drift to helicopter rockets, nerfing them. Rockets are not affected for the first 0.5 seconds of flight, and then start drifting horizontally more depending on flight time.
- HQ healthbar is completely hidden when HQ is breached. Only the DEFEND/DESTROY Uplink arrow will remain.
- Base defenses will update less frequently, but with a higher net priority
- Reduced AA rate of fire and increased damage proportionally (0.080 seconds between shots increased to 0.112 seconds, and 80 damage increased to 112).
- Fixed issue with turrets where their target kept getting reset, which was causing it to never take "rests" in between bursts and not actually burst fire at all. AA now fires for 3 seconds and rests for 3 seconds, as intended (nerfing AA). Not sure when this broke.
- Added additional check for turrets in case the server has enabled automatic fire, but a client isn't displaying any effects.
- Reduced Sandbox bloom multiplier/threshold settings and made changes to dirt mask and len flare
- Unlocked all roles by default on Sandbox_Small, but added the regular spawn timer back. Removed team change timer.

- Changed SL Vehicle Request Menu binding to Y. P interferes with admin cam (Shift + P). And H interferes with the Commander's hotkey to return to base. Y is the closest key to WASD that is unused, so I went with Y
- Added UI feedback for sending a SL vehicle request
- Added UI feedback for the commander accepting or denying your vehicle request
- HQ Uplink moved to ground level inside the building

- Added UI to show helipad war factory queue for all friendly players (including commander if zoomed in enough)
- Removed old Sandbox layers and renamed reworked layers to just Sandbox_Large and Sandbox_Small. Sandbox_Small has no respawn timer, but it has role restrictions
- Added a new Sandbox_Seeding layer, which has:
- 10k/10k starting resources
- 20/20 passive resources per second from the HQ instead of 4/4
- No Resource Depots
- No Oil Derricks, No Artilleries
- All roles are available, no team change timer, no respawn timer, no vehicle claiming, no vehicle role requirements, and no vehicle team requirements (i.e. you can steal enemy vehicles) - Removed old help text from HQ interior

- USA Pilot role rebuilt from scratch (seems to solve issue where pilot cannot enter heli pilot seats, but the SL version of the role can)

- Fixed issue where captured artilleries would only count down if the enemy had power. The timer was looking at the wrong team's HQ.

- Fixed bug where Russia could not spawn Ammo Drop or IFV Drop

- Artillery can now hurt Headquarters (again). It will take seven shots to breach an HQ. Therefore infantry who cap points will help their Commander do more damage to the HQ. We hope it will also make the "breach phase" of the game loop happen 5-10 minutes earlier.

- You will no longer be able to "damage" the uplink in the traditional sense. All infantry, regardless of role, can now place a C4 explosive on the uplink by holding F, and C4 charges will be disarmable, similar to Battlefield Rush Mode M-COMs.

- Fixed Tunguska driver camera which was spawning on the ground at the center of the vehicle.

- Fixed issue where Air Control Tower appeared as one solid red/blue team color at far away LOD

- Increased AA turret's shot deviation from 30 to 40 (to match machine gun turret)
- Added cliffs and trees to Sandbox (rework) base areas in on-going effort to make end-game breach more interesting
- Fixed bug where client would request commander abilities (artillery, etc) at 0,0,0 if the line trace (that makes sure abilities placed in a building with a roof spawn on the roof)
- Resource Depots no longer hide meshes when they run out of construction or ammo points
