? Right click now halts and cancels construction for the commander. Left click resumes a halted building.
? Fixed issue where going back to your commander cam while a building was being constructed wouldn't show as in-progress until the next construction tick/purchase
? Various missing texture fixes
? Removed all "Nordic Cliffs" Megascans assets
? Added a LOT of Southwest USA megascans assets (sorry). Lots of blood, sweat and tears getting megascans to match brightness/albedo for cohesive level design kit
? Dirt texture now shows "fake foliage" at a distance where real foliage is no longer rendered
? Barracks uses more than just concrete texture & Blender prep-work for destruction animation.

-fixed bug where de-selecting while selecting a commander ability target leaves a decal behind, and doesn't hide the mouse
-fixed bug where friendly units are shown by UAV (commander would be marked when using the commander camera and considered teamless)
-fixed bug where UAV would show friendly units to enemy team

-Added weld effects to barracks
-Added artillery station building unique crosshair for UAV
-UAVs detect soldiers
-Abilities decal stay for variable time target selection decals are now variable size depending on range of ability
-Changed some commander UI refreshing logic abilities don't tick while under construction

-Artillery rounds are spread out inside a radius instead of concentrated on one shot
-Code refactor and UI changes to allow artillery ability to be attached to any building
-Attached artillery ability to HQ and added 60 second cooldown timer
-Added missing physics collision for turret
-Supply depots now run out of construction or ammo, and the the appropriate meshes are hidden when resources are depleted
